PlayerZero maintains the following guidelines to ensure that customers respect every user's privacy and intent.
Information gathered using PlayerZero cannot be provided to third parties for the purpose of assembling, exchanging or selling customer profiles (e.g. ad exchanges, data brokers). Do not use PlayerZero to mine user data to create and sell lists.
PlayerZero does not make available any data that isn't already accessible to the customer through their own code or systems of record. However, PlayerZero can make it easier to gather new data, and asks that customers only gather and share data that is appropriate and necessary for their business operations, and in line with the customer's internal data collection and usage policies.
PlayerZero asks that customers maintain the correct environment level data configurations to ensure that customers never record sensitive information within PlayerZero. While PlayerZero already has built-in filters for many of the most common types of sensitive information, it is best to have multiple levels of filtering to be sure. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the feedback and code provided to the Platform have been sanitized according to their own internal compliance standards. PlayerZero assumes no responsibility for sensitive data sent in violation of this agreement or any additional agreed-upon data handling policies defined in the customer's contract.
PlayerZero's WebSDK may only be used on websites where you have direct ownership or express consent from the website owner. Customers must never use PlayerZero in any way that would insert PlayerZero into the code base of a third party website unless they gave you express permission and you shared that permission with the PlayerZero team in writing and in advance.
Human-in-the-loop: The platform is primarily a code analysis engine. Its function is to explain, summarize, and answer questions using a foundation of existing code. Customers are to treat AI-generated insights as "informed suggestions" and verify critical findings before making significant product or business decisions.
PlayerZero cannot work with any business whose intent is to do anything illegal or to foment hatred, bigotry, racism, or gratuitous violence.
