- Navigate CMDB - Understand configuration items and service relationships when debugging

Scopes & Permissions
PlayerZero requests access to ServiceNow via OAuth. The specific permissions depend on your ServiceNow instance configuration and the tables/applications you grant access to. Typical access includes:- Incident table - Read and write incidents
- Change request table - Read change records
- CMDB - Read configuration items
- User table - Read user and group information
Setup
Setup starts in PlayerZero—no pre-configuration in ServiceNow is required.
- In PlayerZero, navigate to Organization Settings → Integrations
- Find ServiceNow and click Connect
- You’ll be redirected to ServiceNow to log in and authorize PlayerZero
- After authorization, select which PlayerZero projects should have access to this integration
